Sublimation printing is a popular method of printing designs onto fabric, particularly in the sportswear industry. The process uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto the fabric, resulting in a vibrant and long-lasting print.

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how the sublimation printing process works:

1- Design Creation:

The first step in the sublimation printing process is creating the design you want to print. This can be done using a graphic design program or by working with a designer to create the design for you.

2- Printing:

2- Printing Process:

Once the design is finalized, it is printed onto a special type of paper using a sublimation printer. The paper is then loaded into a heat press.

3- Heat Press:

The fabric to be printed is placed on the heat press, and the paper with the printed design is placed on top of the fabric. Heat and pressure are applied to the paper and fabric, causing the dye to turn into a gas and bond with the fibers of the fabric.

4- Sewing:

The fabric is cut and sewn into the desired shape and size, creating a unique and personalized garment.

5- Ready to Use:

After the design has been transferred to the fabric, the fabric is ready to use. The custom sportswear can now be used or further customized.
